Brian Shackelford

Brian Shackelford, owner of Phoenix Dental Arts Inc., has successfully used his scientific knowledge and artistic skills to create top quality, custom dental restorations since 1980. Brian became a Certified Dental Technician in 1982, the year he opened his own lab. A third-generation Arizonan, Brian values the strong working partnerships and personal ties he develops with clients. Professional development is a cornerstone of Brian’s career. He consistently serves in leadership roles in the dental technology field including:

• Member of the Advisory Committee to the Arizona Department of Education on Dental Technology
• Two terms as president of the Arizona Dental Laboratory Association
• Advisory board member for the Laboratory Program at Pima College in Tucson
• Co-chair of the VICA national dental laboratory competition
• Delegate to the National Dental Laboratory Association and member of the professional relations committee.

A strong supporter of the community, Brian has contributed time and resources to organizations ranging from The Wellness Community and his church to several Valley schools and Habitat for Humanity. He also volunteers in dental clinics for the Central Arizona Shelter Services and the Arizona Dental Foundation. Brian earned the Paul Harris Fellow Award from Rotary International and has served as the President of the Phoenix Squaw Peak Rotary Club.

Brian is married to Missy and they have three children.

Margaret Schmich

Margaret Schmich, Officer Manager has been at the root of PDA’s smooth office operations for more than 25 years. She consistently ensures customer satisfaction by personally handling client interactions and coordinating communication between staffs.

In addition, she handles all office scheduling, billing, supply ordering and is responsible for model and dye preparation. She is the queen of our scanning and milling work. Office management might not require a degree in criminal justice, but it certainly works well in this case!

You can recognize her by her exceptional smile. Margaret has been married for 30-plus years to Larry and they have two children.

Audra Graham

Audra Graham, Assistant Office Manager helps keep the lab organized. Whether it is helping with customer service or internal operations, she makes sure that anything done is done with efficiency and a smile. Audra has been a member of the PDA team for over 3 years and as Brian’s oldest daughter, she continues Phoenix Dental Art’s tradition of family business.

Audra is married to Scott and they have two young children.
